Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Choosing You-Without the Guilt, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session or retreat attendance. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the Coach. Please review the following terms carefully: 1. Cancellation Policy for Coaching Sessions 1.1 48-Hour Notice: Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without fees. Notice can be given via email or through Calendly. 1.2 Less than 48-Hour Notice: Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the payment already made. 1.3 Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued. 2. No-Shows No-shows will be charged the full session fee, and no refunds will be issued. 3. Rescheduling Policy 3.1 Rescheduling with 48-Hour Notice: Reschedule at no additional cost with at least 48 hours' notice via email or Calendly. 3.2 Rescheduling with Less than 48-Hour Notice: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a 25% rescheduling fee. 4. Emergency Situations For emergencies, contact us as soon as possible. We may waive fees at our discretion. 5. Coach Cancellations If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible. You can reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund. 6. Refunds Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. 7. Cancellation Policy for Retreats 7.1 Retreat Registration: Full payment is required at booking to secure your spot. 7.2 Cancellation by Client: Up to 60 Days Before Retreat: Full refund minus a 10% fee. 30-59 Days Before Retreat: 50% refund. Less than 30 Days Before Retreat: Non-refundable. 7.3 Cancellation by Coach: If the retreat is canceled by the Coach, you will receive a full refund. 7.4 Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person with at least 30 days' notice. Agreement By scheduling a coaching session or registering for a retreat with Delyse Armstrong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
