Question it:

Is this belief a fact or a fear?

Has it been proven wrong in other areas of my life?

Your mind loves evidence. Give it new ones.


3. Rewrite with Empowerment

Flip the script:

Old belief: "I need to be perfect to be loved."

New belief: "I am worthy of love exactly as I am."

Repeat this daily. Let it become your new truth.


You Are Allowed to Outgrow Old Stories
